CxAlloy is a collaborative, web-based, project-specific program that allows controlled access for information insertion, monitoring and change management. CxAlloy is customized to meet the needs fo the many project stakeholders. From project inception through occupancy, CxAlloy provides controlled access of critical information, real time monitoring and change management. CxAlloy provides the Owner significant returns on their building investment and reduces unnecessary costs associated with lack of information dissemination.

This electronic tool is available through a secured web browser user interface that documents the project from its initial intent and can continue throughout the facility's life. Information such as the commissioning plan, design reviews, observation reports, deficiency tracking, hazard assessment, SOPs, as-built drawings, retro-commissioning and building optimization programs, O&M manuals and preventative maintenance requirements can be accessed by the users through our web-based program. We call this WorkingBuildings program CxAlloy because it alloys the ideas and expertise of the entire project team and solidifies the project structure.

We originally developed this program for our work with the Department of Energy. The tool provides our clients many operational benefits, financial control, orderly procedure, clarity of purpose and team unity. This service is used by Fortune 100 companies and some of the nation's most prestigious research laboratories and institutions.
