WorkingBuildings has been providing professional services to the Federal government for the last 10 years. During that time, our relationship with the General Services Administration has grown from a single service provider to program manager in several projects. WorkingBuildings’ President, Michael L. Weiss, chaired the committee responsible for the commissioning section of the Whole Building Design Guideline. We are fully compliant to provide services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Our services can be purchased directly by using the GSA Schedule of Services, our GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement or our GSA Nationwide IDIQ for National Parks Services.
