| Our work is interdisciplinary. Each member of our professional staff has a broad knowledge of design and construction processes, in addition to areas of specialization. WorkingBuildings offers a diverse staff, including engineers, architects, construction specialists, materials specialists, laboratory planners, commissioning authorities, project managers, operations and maintenance specialists, and former building owners. When we accept a commissioning assignment, we evaluate the needs of the project carefully and assign the most qualified associates that match the skill resources necessary to ensure a successful project. |

| Training |
| WorkingBuildings believes in long-term field experience and formal training, and we encourage our associates to pursue additional education opportunities. All of our associates are required to complete in-depth training programs such as the Building Commissioning Association’s Certified Commissioning Professional program, LEED™ certification, University of Wisconsin’s commissioning training program, and an ongoing and comprehensive internal training program. |
