High-Containment Commissioning
As one of the leading laboratory commissioning authorities in the country, WorkingBuildings has focused on developing improved delivery techniques from design through operations and maintenance. Our extensive laboratory commissioning experience includes state-of-the-art cancer research facilities, BSL-3, BSL-4 and ABSL3 laboratories.
Building Commissioning
Building commissioning is a new field for the building process, from development to completion. It keeps the client in control, while transferring the technical details and responsibility for overall performance to a building commissioning authority. When commissioning is applied to an existing structure, it is referred to as retro-commissioning.

CxAlloy is a collaborative, web-based, project-specific program that allows controlled access for information insertion, monitoring and change management. CxAlloy is customized to meet the needs fo the many project stakeholders.
Threat Analysis
The WorkingBuildings threat analysis/risk mitigation program identifies which vulnerabilities can be mitigated by a specific countermeasure and helps owners implement the appropriate policies for each system and building.
