Trinity Consultants, Inc.® (Trinity), an international EHS, engineering, and science consulting firm, announces that it has acquired WorkingBuildings (WB), a specialty consulting firm that provides Owner's Advocate services including commissioning, related engineering, support programing and operational services for complex facilities. WB's highly experienced and credentialed team of architects, engineers, regulatory compliance specialists, laboratory technicians, program managers, energy managers, quality assurance inspectors, and operations experts are focused on delivering projects that exceed client expectations while complying with applicable regulatory platforms.

WB's multi-disciplined specialists create solutions that address technically complex process, building, and regulatory issues. Client sectors include regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and compounding, healthcare, life-sciences, GMP manufacturing, commercial, government, data centers, bio-containment, and iconic buildings. WB also provides cloud-based software, CxALLOY, a suite of specialized software that is used by owners and engineering clients to support commissioning, quality assurance, and operations and maintenance programs.

Founded in 1999 by Michael Weiss, the firm is led by Chuck Gaziano, John McFarland, Kurt Last, and Michael Weiss. According to Mr. Gaziano, “The WB management team is excited about partnering with Trinity on the next phase of our growth, and especially about working with Trinity's other service groups that are focused on the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, two of our key markets. Also, at this milestone event, I would like to recognize and thank our founder, Michael Weiss, for his entrepreneurial spirit, vision, and leadership over the past 20 years.” WB will continue to operate out of its Atlanta, GA headquarters.

Paul Greywall, Trinity's Director of Corporate Development, commented on the transaction as well. “WB fits the model of world-class organizations with which Trinity seeks to partner. WB's niche expertise and strong management team were key considerations for us. We are excited to provide the support needed to help WB grow to the next level and to expanding our suite of services, particularly for the life sciences sector,” said Mr. Greywall.
