Project Description

WorkingBuildings performed LEED consulting for American Cancer Society Center, a 9-story, 993,000 square-foot office building. WorkingBuildings guided the project team through the entire LEED Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance certification process. Through our guidance, the project achieved its goal of achieving LEED certification at the targeted Silver level. This project was our second project with Cousins Properties, and their first project to pursue certification under the LEED EBOM v2009 rating system.
