Project Description

WorkingBuildings was retained to provide fundamental and enhanced commissioning services for this new office facility and parking garage in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, we served as the LEED Consultant on this project. The overall commissioning process was successful, with all issues closed by the start of operation.

With the support of our LEED and sustainability experts, this facility reached its goal of LEED Silver. Our commissioning authorities will return to the site throughout the warranty period to track any new issues.
